 Graduated Burlington Community High School 2013. Graduated St. Ambrose University 2017 with a double major in exercise physiology and psychology. ACSM certified personal trainer. USSF national “D” coaching license.

Played for SESA from 2006- 2012. Was a captain for 3 seasons with 60 career varsity games for BHS, making local and conference honor teams. Continued to play while at St. Ambrose University, named captain senior year and assisted with running training and coaching games for the reserves team.

Volunteer coach for 9 years with SESA and local high school teams during high school and college. Started as a professional staff coach with SESA in 2017. Current assistant coach with Iowa Wesleyan University women soccer, which saw the best season in five years and helping to build a new program. Current head coach with the Mediapolis High School girls team, setting a program high record season and first birth into second round regional play during first year in charge.
